Standard pieces
Beds, crosses and cages from the collection
Changed your mind? Contact us within 14 days of purchase, and as early as you can. Every piece is made to order, so the sooner you tell us, the more we can do, and we'll act on your request urgently.
Bespoke pieces
Made to your specification
Bespoke pieces made to your specification can't be cancelled once you've approved the drawings and we've started work.
How to cancel
Tell us by email with your order number.
Faulty goods
If something is wrong with your order, contact us with your order number and a photo.
