Refunds

• Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).

Lifetime Repair & Refinish Guarantee

Every Sanctum Domina piece is backed by our lifetime repair or refinish guarantee. If your item ever becomes damaged, worn, or loses its original finish through normal use, we will repair or refinish it for you.

• Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us.

• We will cover the repair or refinish service itself and return the item back to you at no cost.

How to Start a Return or Repair

1. Contact us at info@sanctumdomina.com with your order number and details.

2. We’ll provide you with instructions for sending your item back.

3. Once we receive your item, we’ll either process your refund or begin your repair/refinish.
