Beyond appearance, this finish provides greater strength - resisting scratches, marks, UV exposure, and weathering far more effectively than traditional paint.
The Materials We Use
Our plate and sheet materials, classified as ASTM A36, consist of more than 97% recycled steel. Even tubing, produced under different standards, is typically rolled from A36 sheet, ensuring continuity and integrity across every component.
Our own production follows the same discipline. Offcuts and remnants are not discarded but returned through a trusted recycling partner, refined once more into A36 steel. MIG welding produces only grade-A classified emissions, plasma cutting is controlled by a water table system that captures and filters gases, and all other methods are clean, yielding only solid debris that is collected and recycled.
